At JmurArt, creativity is always flowing. I’m Joseph Murphy, the artist behind the canvas. Originally from Cincinnati and now based in Chesapeake, VA, my work is fueled by a lifetime of diverse experiences—from my years in the US Navy to my daily work in health care in Radiology , and my deep love for slow blues music.
I love exploring bold colors and innovative designs, offering everything from contemporary pop art and coastal landscapes to custom-commissioned pet portraits. My goal is to create art that doesn't just sit on a wall, but starts a conversation.
